In today’s episode, I gently unpack diet culture and why we feel like our body is never enough and what to do about it.
Diet culture is a belief system that emotionally and psychologically manipulates us into believing that our body and it’s shape and size, is the reason we are not happy/healthy/worthy.
It encourages us to trade our intuition and joy for rules, deprivation and self-punishment to meet an ‘ideal’ standard that is, for almost all of humanity, unachievable and unsustainable.
In this episode, I gently unpack diet culture and offer some insight and tools to help you liberate yourself from diet culture conditioning, so you can begin reclaiming your power in the area of your body and overall well-being.
