A love letter
I have a serious nack for turning dreams into real-life things and experiences.
I've been wanting to walk with women in business for some time now. And since making the decision to close my gym, Ravenous sprung forth in a matter of days. This is what happens when we make space through closing chapters, and I can't wait to go deeper with you on this.
I started walking as a businesswoman almost a decade ago, after my mentor (Amber Hawken) and I extracted my deepest desire to work with women, Mind & Body. Together, we workshopped my desire and created Mind & Body Movement Newcastle. My mission statement read: "To empower, educate and inspire women, Mind & Body". I was 23 years old!
At first, I trained a friend in the park, then we became 3, then 10, then 20, then 40, then almost 70! I'm sure at some point I was the largest all-female bootcamp in town...
My greatest flex at the time was my unwavering passion. At this point, I was in the early stages of my healing journey and I remember feeling so inspired by what I was learning and who I was becoming.
I had a Ravenous hunger to show women the magic, depth, strength and self-reverence I was experiencing.
This hunger extinguished many tethers of doubt and fear that arose within me as I walked this edgy and enlivening path, especially as my business grew and adversity came knocking. My skills as a trainer and mentor developed quickly, and soon I had F45 willing to pay me double...
My side-hustle turned full-time and I began an entirely new journey of carving out a legacy - something I hadn't even considered when I began. I was unbelievably fulfilled and who I became along the way was even more breathtaking.
I attribute my success & ability to overcome myself (and others) to a) being as hungry and passionate as I was, b) never losing sight of my vision, and c) having Amber, my mentor, in my back pocket.
I bow down to this woman. She knew exactly what she was made of, despite her immediate world not fully understanding. And now I'm here to tend to this hunger in you. I'm 10000% here for it.
While Ravenous is not 1:1 mentorship, it is an intimate container for us to explore, expand & refine your ideas, while tending to the practicalities & ecosystem of the digital world (via business or a personal brand).
As a woman who has been in business for almost 10 years, I can tell you that no matter how new, scary, wobbly or expansive this path feels to you, you can do this. I promise.

The Practical Elements
Ravenous is a 3-month Mastermind for the emerging mentors, coaches, creators, visionaries, and women with side hustles and creative ideas they seek to pursue through digital business or a personal brand.
We begin Monday 25th July 2022, and over 3 very full and beautiful months, we will meet fortnightly in the zoom room to immerse in the multifaceted aspects of your vision.
Following is a loose outline of the topics I am adamant to bring to you (because they will change everything about the way you perceive your gifts, the digital world, and business).
The beauty of this Mastermind container, however, is that our direction will often change and evolve with the women in the room. This means nothing is 'off topic' and everything is on the table.
I will however lead us powerfully and offer the structure and containment for us to have potent, inspiring, real, and butt-kicking conversations.

Call Times & Access;
We will establish call times as a community in our first call together. Our first call is Monday 25th August.
Access to our calls and resources will be via your online Ravenous Portal for which you will receive a login for upon registration.
All calls will be recorded and available in your online home for the duration of Ravenous and until October 30th 2022.

We are crafting your vision. This means you not being on the calls isn't really an option. Please consider how you intend to make yourself fully available to Ravenous before joining us.
As a woman in business, it is my greatest honour to serve you however, I am not here to drag you over the line or tend to your personal needs. I exist powerfully for the women who are self-responsible & desire to experience something absolutely phenomenal.
The Retreat
This exquisite experience, while optional, has been created to layer in depth, and ceremoniously close our experience together.
Following our 3-month journey into the realms of birthing dreams, we will come together in Southern NSW for a breathtaking 4-day retreat where we will immerse in workshop, nourishment, community and deep alchemical practice.
