Guided Meditation - Yellow Balloons (Raising Your Vibration).

This meditation is focused on raising our vibration.

Even if you have no conceptual understanding of what vibrations are, you have certainly felt them.

You can sense or feel a pull to some people, they draw you in and you resonate with their energy, while others give you an off vibe and something tells you to keep your distance.

You can feel the vibe of a room when you’re working out or learning a new skill. A teacher with a good vibe will often pull you in while a teacher with a lower vibe will often repel you. This is the law of attraction.

A vibration is a state of being, the atmosphere, or the energetic quality of a person, place, thought, emotion or thing.

Raising our vibration is all about anchoring into the infinite abundance and support available to you always. And when we access it, we find and create more of it.

Moving into a high vibration is not about positivity or always looking for the positives, it’s not even a search.

It’s a state of being we all have access to and sometimes, we simply forget where the door is within us. We forget we are and always have been the key.

High vibrational energy or emotions sound like:

  • Joy, empowerment, freedom, love, appreciation, passion, enthusiasm, optimism, hopefulness, gratitude, contentment, aliveness, ecstatic, unstoppable, desire.

Today I’m going to take you on a journey to the door within you, and remind you that you are and always will be the key.

Mantra's as per the meditation:

Today, I won’t let anything fuck with my vibe. I choose love and love is mirrored back to me everywhere I look.

Abundance is in everything I feel, see and touch and I expect it.

I will have more than enough today. I expect more than enough.

I give myself permission to laugh loudly and raise my vibration at the drop of a hat.

Today. I will respond with compassion, gentleness and love and it is so easy because I am compassion gentleness and love.

I am abundance.

I am limitless-ness.

Nothing can fuck with my vibe today.

I choose high vibrational thoughts, even when my mind tricks me into low vibrational ones.

I will honour my humaneness.

I forgive myself in advance for seeking out any negativity.

I give myself permission to choose differently.
