Shame is one of our primary core emotions and in today’s episode, I share with you the in’s and out’s of shame separate to the body.
This is not an A-Z guide on how to ‘never feel body shame again’. A goal like this is unattainable and as a result, only perpetuates more shame.
In today’s episode, we will explore shame as an emotion, the ways we project our shame onto our body, and how to be with our shame rather than trying to escape it.
When we’re willing to place our attention to our shame as an emotion separate from our body, we learn that our body is not, never was, and never will be, the problem or cause of our shame.
