In many ways, we have become de-sensitised to the concepts of weight loss, fat loss, nutrition, exercise and diets… I feel it too.

And, while there is so much truth to this it is also true that many human beings are desperate for something they can do for themselves. Something nourishing that offers a deeper connection to self and an opportunity to break free from the traditional ‘rules’ and ‘regulations’ surrounding food and health.
